Chef Demonstrations

Since opening in 2005, Venturi’s Table has hosted many chef demonstrations including a number of well-known chefs such as Michele Roux, Georgio Locatelli, Jean Christophe Novelli and Theo Randall…among others. Alongside using our kitchens for filming, chefs are regularly brought to our cookery centre by food brands as a way to showcase products to sales teams, journalists, buyers or as a way to entertain staff or clients.

Famous chefs make a diverting addition to product launches or corporate events as well as providing a practical way to demonstrate the versatility of a product. Drinks brands have also used celebrity chefs to entertain important clients by demonstrating recipes which will ‘match’ with their products.

Venturi’s Table is also able to supply its own chefs for demonstrations, a more affordable but no less interesting option than using a TV chef. Anna Venturi is well known in food circles as an authority on Italian cookery (she has been featured in Waitrose Food Illustrated, the Telegraph magazine, Olive magazine and BBC Good Food…among others) and works with a talented team whose experience includes time spent at top London restaurants and Leiths training.

As well as using a chef demonstration, food products can also be showcased using a corporate cookery event. Menus for our cookery events can be designed around using the product as an ingredient so, as well as being tasted, guests can try its cookery applications for themselves.
