Venturi’s Table is London’s first Corporate Cookery Centre, custom-built to provide cookery themed Team Building London Cooking. The centre is the brainchild of Anna Venturi and her daughter Letizia Tufari, a passionate partnership dedicated to the quality of service they provide.

Based in Wandsworth the centre includes two large state-of-the-art kitchens which can comfortably hold 30 people each with the whole cookery centre able to accommodate up to 60 guests.

Modelled in the style of a stunning Chelsea home, the facilities are equipped to showcase the best of Italian, Indian, and Japanese cooking. Both kitchens make the perfect location for both filming and photography hire.

In addition the Corportate Cookery Centre also makes the perfect backdrop to creative meetings, product launches, private parties and client entertaining

VENTURI’S TABLE CORPORATE COOKERY CENTRE TO OFFER GOURMET COOKERY DEMONSTRATIONS FOR RESTAURANT-DEPRIVED CITY WORKERS

Venturi’s Table Corporate Cookery Centre, famous for its indulgent, relationship-building cookery events is to offer City workers, deprived of their usual dining-out budgets, affordable cookery demonstrations to help them recreate restaurant-quality meals at home. The demonstrations, (with tastings throughout) to be run at the cookery centre for a limited period, will uncover the secrets of how to give home cooked food a delicious, gourmet twist simply and cheaply. The sessions will also include a luxury truffle making session for businesspeople to recreate at home as a frugal, but highly personal, Christmas gift.

Venturi’s Table ‘credit-munch’ demonstrations, tastings and truffle making will run from 10:30am until 1:30pm on Saturday 8th, 15th and 22nd of November at the corporate cookery centre’s designer kitchens in London’s Wandsworth Town and cost £50 per person (minimum per person costs at Venturi’s Table is normally £135.) Professionals attending the demonstrations will be shown how to perfect four delicious, gourmet courses, which will include insights into making faultless risotto, sophisticated pasta dishes and flavoursome main courses. City workers who are worried about getting through a more thrifty Christmas will also be taught how to make luxury, chocolate truffles to give as personal and budget-friendly Christmas gifts. Demonstrations will be interactive and participants will be able to have a go at making their own truffles at the end of the session. Attendees will then leave with a recipe booklet for them to put into practice what they have learnt at home.

During one class I asked a young banker to grate a lemon only to find that he had grated the whole thing- including the juice! With the current financial situation, City workers will no longer be enjoying regular Michelin starred meals and are more likely to be careful with their money and eat at home. In these demonstrations we want to show that you don’t need lots of disposable income to enjoy delicious food and you don’t have to eat pasta with a jar pesto every night when you are cooking from home.”
