Staff Incentives
Our team cookery events are fun, indulgent and can be used as an incentive for an entire team or department. Teams are welcomed into their own, private kitchen for a four hour long event which includes therapeutic and relaxing hands-on cooking (our events are a far cry from “Hell’s Kitchen”) and delicious food. Our staff incentive events are very social with everyone working together and so have the added advantage of strengthening relationships between colleagues allow you to reward your staff and build a stronger team at the same time.
Staff incentives - how it works
The emphasis is on relaxation and enjoyment!
Rather than mindless amounts of chopping or arm-straining mixing, your team is invited to ‘sip and stir,’ enjoying fine wines as they cook in a state-of-the-art kitchen. At the end of their session, hungry, fully relaxed the team sits down together and are served the gourmet food they have created.
Nothing is prepared in advance in order that the pleasure of the cooking process is fully experienced. Different levels of culinary skill are accounted for, with seasoned cooks exposed to trade secrets and beginners able to get stuck in to well structured recipes. A team of chefs and waiting staff are also provided for each client to ensure the creation of the meal is both enjoyable and effortless.
Pizza Express regularly use Venturi’s Table as an incentive for their senior managers.
Event timings
Staff incentive events are four hours long and timings can be designed to suit each client. Morning and evening slots are the most popular, allowing teams to work towards an hour long lunchtime or evening meal.
A bespoke, business approach
The approach of Anna, Letizia and their team is always flexible, to fit in with the participants’ needs. Menus are designed individually for each group or team, bearing in mind food sensitivities and a competitive edge can even be added for an adrenalin-driven team. See our ‘Cookery Challenges’ options.
Creative meeting spaces are available, (subject to availability), and we can provide basic presentation equipment.
