Treat staff to an unforgettable, homely and fun works Christmas party at Venturi’s Table. Our Christmas parties include private use of one of our state-of-the-art kitchens, a therapeutic hands-on cookery event and a three course, gourmet Italian meal. As part of our Christmas package we also include a complimentary truffle making workshop to provide inspiration for homemade gifts.

How it works

Staff enjoying a homemade works Christmas party at Venturi’s Table will be welcomed into one of the centre’s beautiful kitchens and introduced to their dedicated team of chefs. The group will be greeted with a glass of prosecco and a selection of homemade Italian canapés such as king prawn tails wrapped in pancetta, parmesan shortbreads with sun-blushed tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella and mini risotto cakes with sautéed sea bass.

The group will be shown how to make delicious Italian winter recipes such as homemade ravioli with spinach and ricotta and stuffed fillet of pork, all while sipping fine Italian wines. Expert chefs will uncover restaurant secrets and friendly waiting staff will make sure the experience is as effortless and indulgent as possible.

As the smells of their cooking fills the kitchen, the group will be shown how to make beautiful chocolates (‘Tartufi al cioccolato’) using a classic family recipe which they can give to their own families at Christmas. Once their meal is ready, the group will then sit around the kitchen’s elegant central island and enjoy the food that they have created together.
