Olive Oil Tasting

This is a short supplement to a cookery team building event or private cooking experience at Venturi's Table and lasts 30 – 40 minutes. The olive oil tasting will focus on the quality and origin of different olive oils and demonstrate the contrast between commercial and single estate production. Participants will also discover the difference in taste between supermarket bought oil and that made by the best artisan producers.
