Jam Making

 

Our jam making workshops last two hours and are a nice way to extend your team building event or cooking experience. Participants will make three different types of jam using fresh seasonal fruit such as figs, peaches and plums. They will learn classic jam making methods including the sterilisation of jars, lessons on judging the correct consistency and proper sealing for preservation. At the end of the session, participants will take home a jar of each jam they have created.

Please note, the type of jam created is dictated to by the current season.
