Chocolate Making

To further indulge your group why not consider ending your cookery event with a chocolate making class.

Participants will be shown the art of working with chocolate and will try their hand at different chocolate-centred recipes including Italian truffles, ganache, homemade truffles and chocolate ‘salami.’ There will be plenty of tasting opportunities during this workshop which lasts an hour and a half and participants will take home the chocolate they have made.
