At Venturi's Table our indulgent, hands-on corporate cookery events hosted in our beautiful kitchens will make an impact on your most important customers.
Cooking with your clients is a fun, shared activity which will open up new lines of communication and help develop genuine relationships. On a practical level, it is much easier for your team to mingle with clients while milling around a kitchen than being restricted to sitting next to one person over three courses.

How it works
The emphasis is on fun, relaxation and enjoyment. Rather than mindless amounts of chopping or arm-straining mixing, participants are invited to ‘sip and stir,’ enjoying fine wines as they cook in a state-of-the-art kitchen. At the end of their session, hungry, fully relaxed, groups sit down together and are served the gourmet food they have created themselves.
Nothing is prepared in advance in order that the pleasure of the cooking process is fully experienced. Different levels of culinary skill are accounted for, with seasoned cooks exposed to trade secrets and beginners able to get stuck in to well structured recipes. A team of chefs and waiting staff are also provided for each event to ensure the creation of the meal is both enjoyable and effortless.
Client entertaining cookery events are four hours long and timings can be designed to suit each client. Morning and evening slots are the most popular, allowing teams to work towards an hour long lunchtime or evening meal.
A bespoke, business approach
The approach of Anna, Letizia and their team is always flexible, to fit in with the participants’ needs.
