The credit crunch hasn't killed eating out, but habits are changing. Venturi's Table in Wandsworth Town, the dedicated "corporate cookery centre," has seen a 73 per cent rise in bookings. Business buddies get together to cook a meal from scratch before sitting down to sign deals over the results.
