Just because you've started a diet it really doesn’t mean that you have to give up on eating out or on eating your favourite ethnic foods. Most different cuisines around the world offer a wealth of healthy eating options, it’s just that our western diets are more prone towards eating mainly heavy meat based dishes. At Venturi’s Table we aim to introduce you to these tasty and healthy foods through our corporate cookery classes. We don’t just teach Italian cookery bit also do cookery lessons in Indian and Japanese cuisine.

Indian food can be a good choice because for healthy eating because you can get tandoori style meat, which is basically roasted. You can find also find salads, chickpeas, beans and dishes made with other vegetables such as lentils (dal) and spinach. Much Indian cuisine is based around vegetables and pulses. Masalas and raitas are good choices. Our corporate cookery classes will teach you all about how versatile Indian cookery can really be. With it’s heavenly fragrant spices it’s no wonder that the curry is now the UKs favourite dish.
Japanese cooking at Venturi’s Table
Japanese food is another good healthy choice because fish, shellfish, and vegetables are low in saturated fats. It’s no coincidence that the Japanese have one of the lowest rates of heart disease in the world. Our cookery lessons will teach you how to prepare gorgeous rice based sushi, miso soups and sashimi. Japanese food also contains mouth watering vegetarian options such as tofu- and edamame-based dishes as well as wonderful teriyaki dishes and of course the sumptuous Japanese tempura.
